PR 3 Private Photo Site - last one to clean out

    OK, last one Im cleaning out of my list of sites. This one is:

    www.privatephotoalbums.com

    It's a PR 3 site with 286,297 Alexa rating, about a dozen free users at this point because like the rest of the sites I haven't had the time to pay attention to it and / or market it.

    Site is built in PHP and uses WebLigo's IMS Pro for the log in area ($99) http://www.webligo.com/products_imspro.php

    Public section of the site is a template I bought (think template monster) and coded it in a super SEO friendly tableless xhtml layout.... site has some great rankings on terms like private photos and gets quite a bit of its traffic from the SEs. There are also some permanent links out these from friends sites that get decent traffic and they will stay as long as you keep the site "respectable".

    site's doing about 400 uniques per month right now. As I said it really needs someone who can focus on it and start marketing it properly, I just dont have the time.... don't know what you mean by referrals.

    There have been a few PMs asking about the IMS license so I figured I save everyone the trouble PMing me and post it here.

    It is in fact a one site commercial license of IMS Pro software and as such can be transfered as long as it is sold as part of the site it was bought for. Here is the actual license agreement that came with it:

    I am NOT redistributing! I am selling the original license that was bought for this site! THAT is not redistribution! Redistribution is taking their software and selling copys of it ..... this is one license that was bought for this site and it is being sold with this site and ONLY this site!

    I will be away for a couple of days starting tomorrow night so Im gonna set a BIN and an end time on this one so hopefully I can move it before I take off.

    OK since the $225 BIN seems to be scaring people off (I really think its worth it btw) Ill drop the BIN to $185 .... auction ends in just over 6 hours!

    Folks its a great domain, SEO'd to the gills, search engine friendly urls via mod_rewrite, PR3 and some great rankings for terms like private photos and private photo albums! This one has a LOT of potential for someone who has the time to really push it!
