First and most important I am looking for a logo that isn't dark - no black backgrounds.

So far these are my favorites with my comments:
web_72 I really like the layout and the three versions of the logo but would like to see the icon less cartnoon-ish
brainsurgeon I really like that the body builder is holding the logo, but I think the logo needs to be polished.
jasonngnet I love the blue logo, but I'm not a fan of the badge and the lightening bolt

I hope you you know this is not the type of logo you get for less than $70

 

I really like the arm. Is there any way you could make the box and text more fluid?

 

I love it! Can you try moving the body builder on the right side and the left side? I love the text area!

 

All - In the company name "Body of Art" the word 'of' needs to be lower case or off set to the word 'art'. Otherwise at a quick glance it looks like BODY O FART.

Wow - this is great. I really like the one on the lower right hand corner. Any chance you can put a high gloss chrome border around the oval instead of the black?

Look amazing. The only other suggestions that I have is to pump the chrome border and move the guy's hand so it's centered to the oval.

Oh - please make the word 'of' smaller or lowercase.

 

I found this on Google Images - I'd love to see a logo along these lines:

 

Here you go hand moved to center some finer lines adjusted and gloss at maximum.
