    It was fried popcorn style alligator and rattlesnake.
    I'm from Louisiana so gator is in restaurants here but if you want rattlesnake you kill him and fry it up.

    Some people would be surprised how these animals taste, I have eaten and cooked it myself. I have also eaten iguanas, possums, armadillos, dear and weird local fish called cascadura.
