when migreted from sharingmatrix to filesonic I had some revenue in my account, but when sharinmatrix was definitely dismissed I found in my account that $2.89 were paid, but I didn't set any payment method, so who took that money?

Yes, that's exactly what I wanted to ask. What kind of satisfaction are you going to throw at us this week? For me, no uploading means no updating of my chain threads, making them to disappear in history on boards and self-bumping is forbidden. In short: No uploading = no sales. Period. No uploading = Filesonic's fault, not mine, I have plenty of good material to post to.

 

why has everything I uploaded via RU this weekend not work? they all give File Not Found or Bad Gateway page.

I'll admit I'm in a cranky mood this weekend, but you have to admit that at some point one makes his own "luck", don't you. Look at it from my point of view. I have taken a beating here and on numerous other boards and forums arguing your case. What do I have to show for it? I, personally haven't been able to upload via any method in over a week. Folk who download from me regularly have stopped and are giving me an earful as my files have been unavailable more than they have been available since last Saturday. Arguably, the site is performing more poorly this week than it was even on August 5th and the days after. Add to that, from the outside looking in where is the hope this process will end? Step back for a moment and take a look through non-FileSonic eyes. We are promised new servers will solve the problems and instead the problems are worse following their installation. We are promised new programming modules will improve the situation and instead it worsens following their installation.

Sorry if I seem to be taking this a bit personal, but I feel as if I'm fighting a losing battle with little support. It's not terrible here as you maintain a presence here and take much of the criticism upon yourself, but on the forums where you are not - particularly some major link posting forums were I involved in inside discussions with the moderating staffs calling for banning FileSonic - it is brutal.

 

i know that you care and so are we. but you are looking at the wrong tree. let me point this again, dont mind the ftp/ru because those fresh files are not affecting downloaders and sales. why do you give 1.5mb with the ftp or a good Ru if after you uploaded they will not show in you filemanager or you can not get links from it and if you do the downloaders can not get it.

let me ask those complaining about ftp sucks or RU sucks, do you think if those files are in your filemanager or have links but downloaders can not dowload them do you think someone will buy premium sales.

i dont care if stats is frozen bec i know staff will fix it, in fact a have sales 3 weeks ago and not credied to me but i dont care bec filesonic will take care of it

i have pointed out about the ftp/ru vs downloadle files, this is my final advice with them. they have to choice what is important fresh files without sure sales and downloadable or old files that are downloadbale and can generate sales. im tired of those complains and these are ruining my reputation with downloaders.

You've been defending FS for the long time. Sometimes I even thought that you're one of their staff. Now, when I can see even you complain, then I think it's really going into some deep shit. Frankly, I am not dependant on earnings from FS, though I admit it was very nice imporvement of my income, but I can imagine the frustration and desperacy of people who made from SM and FS their main source of bucks. Dear FS, I know there's no contract written between you and affiliates, but are you aware that you're probably ruining someone's life? I would expect some sympathy, but it's been two days since you showed here on the forums and I am not talking about any improvement on the site itself!
Constant re-appearing and re-solving the issues is giving almost no hope. For God's sake, it's more than month now! It's not bad luck anymore, it's one of these two options: 1) You are uncompetent to fix and run the site 2) You're making this on purpose
The only and last thing that is working is also the only and last thing that makes affiliates stay with you: Regular payout. But soon, "thanks" to your performance, you will have nothing to pay and the rest of us will go. And without uploaded stuff, you'll be lost. You are beyond your eleventh hour...

 

This is not just bad luck for FS. It's more like bad luck for us. This wouldn't be so bad if FS wasn't advertising on every forum and putting up these huge banners only to have it not work. It's getting embarrasing even posting FS links at this point. Downloaders already hate FS with a passion. It's like buying a lemon of a car. BTW luck has very little to do with it. Anything can be fixed with the right amount of money and knowledge. IT is not brain surgery. Rapidshare, megaupload, hotfile, fileserve, etc., are not brain surgeons. They're just a bunch of servers linked together with the right software and code. No host has ever been this bad. Midupload which totally blows due to its slow download speed is rock solid even. The file manager is good and uploads are fast and never fail. The payouts and speed for free users suck though. The only thing keeping FS alive right now are the payouts which they know full well. It almost seems like FS is just in it for the short run to collect as much money as possible from the forums and advertising while investing nothing in itself. Take as much money as possible wherever and not care if it even works. This may not be the case (hopefully not) but it sure seems fishy right now.

As I said before, maybe FS needs to pay us what they owe right now and then shut down until it can be an actual working host. Then come back with a different name. The name filesonic is in ruins all over the web. Not good for any of us. I now feel like I have to change my name in all of the forums just to save face. My posts are associated with vilesonic.

Maybe FS should put a support thread in each and every forum it is heavily advertising in and collecting money from. Then try to defend itself. That would be fair instead of all of us trying to do it for FS.

I've been holding my tongue for a while now but seeing banjowood (who is very fair and helpful to anyone who asks) disgusted also is enough for me. What's right is right. Please close up shop and either decided to be serious about this whole file host thing (resurface with a new name) or stay closed. I don't see any other way. RESULTS NOT EXCUSES.

Powering down to re-group might not be a bad idea, but the name change wouldn't have an imapct. If one is tech savvy enough to download, I'd wager he'd see through any name change. In fact, it would probably backfire and only confirm the doubts many have to which you alluded.

 

All the files uploaded via remote can't be downloaded at all.This happend from 8th,September.
Unlucky for this weekend.
My earnings is so little.
Please repair this as soon as possible and I want a bonus for this error.
