Selling 50 micro-niche sites earning $152/month on autopilot | $10,000

Over the last year i've launched 50 niche sites. Here are some details about them:

- All earnings from Adsense
- Earned $794 in last year
- Earned $117 last month
- On track to earn $152 this month
- No domain renewals until next year (they are all dispersed throughout the year - I have renewed about half of them which are on their second year)
- Each site consists of four unique articles that are copyscape passed
- Each site has been search engine optimized by me (backlinks, submissions, meta tags, images, titles)
- Each site contains a .com domain name
- The portfolio is currently getting 800-1200 impressions per day (1231 impressions today)
- Majority of traffic coming from search engines, and image searches (google mainly)

I have a contact form on these sites and every once in a while I am getting inquiries from people regarding the sites. For instance, I have a "Compensation" site and people are sending in their stories about why they should receive "compensation" - they think I am affiliated with the government or something. I have another product site and people are constantly sending in emails asking where they can buy the product.

I am looking to sell this group of sites as a package for $10,000 (firm). The template that I use is free of charge (and I will point the buyer in the right direction).

so sites make about $1500 per year....domains renewals will cost $500 and hosting will cost $100 per year. given tht sites dont lose traffic/income and i dont value my time, the net profit from the network is $900 per year.

now if i buy these sites for $10,000...I will have to wait for almost 12 years to make my money back.......and then I can hope for any profits.....

Does it really sound like a good deal?

50 sites each earning $150 per month would take the total monthly earning to $7500, if they are on sale for $10,000

I have a site It make 200 $ Per month..

I Spend only 10 $ per year year for Domain and 10 $ Per month for Hosting...

Why People like to Maintaining 50 Sites and Pay for All domains and Hosting...

Just Think before Buy it...

 

Not many places can you find legit "autopilot" (no maintenance or thought required) earning sites that continue to rise in monthly income. Also, these aren't crappy domain names.
