    As you have mentioned you services than I will suggest you to go for $50 to $70 per month . Because the services you providing like 25 directory etc are not enough for $3500/month . We can get 100+ high quality directory + article submission with keyword optimization etc for jist around $25 to 435 on many forums . So you need to provide very heavy package to think about $3500 /month buddy .

    My Two Cents: SEO is a very competitive industry. If you have the capacity to market the clients website and feel confident that you can get them on page 1 then charge them through the nose.
