Display widget for registered WP users only

I'm in need for a widget for registered users only, I don't mind showing the title when a user isn't registered, as long as the content isn't showing.

Is there are way to do this with a plugin or perhaps with code if there isn't a widget available?

you should try a wordpress plugin called
"Who-See-Ads"

it is a free plugin search in google
