I wanna buy an item from a website - Am i eligible for buyer protection policy ?

    Hello i wanna buy an iPhone 3gs 16gb from a website http://www.dailystock.com.cn/

    They accept paypal.

    Since the seller is not listing it on ebay will i still get the protection policy.

    The seller is telling that he will even give me 1 yr apple guarentee international.

    Wat if its damaged while shipping ?

    Please help me
