Hi,
1. I just made an account and want to upload a 40 MB file there via FTP. The connection establishes successfully but after few minutes while uploading file, I get an error as shown below
Response: 421 Idle timeout (300 seconds): closing control connection
Error: Connection closed by server
so, I am unable to upload the file. Please help! I am using FileZilla.

One thing more, do you delete files, if someone do not download it in 30 or 60 days? What is your policy?

Guys, don't waste your time with Easy Share. I've been with them for 3 years now, and they never paid me. You first have to buy a premium account once your reach your payout limit. Once you have this, you'll get this message once you want to get a payout:


The 'Read' links leads to http://www.easy-share.com/nl/faq.html#trafficquality, which is a faq item that DOES NOT EVEN EXIST. The owner promised me a payout twice back in 2008, after that I just gave up on them.

I uploaded alot of stuff a couple of years ago, then I lost interest and didnt check the account for a long time. Then I wanted to get paid but before I could request a payout I had to be a premium member so I bought an premium account just to see that my traffic quality was too low to request a payout. As you can see in thell's post there is no information about that you need to have trafficquality to get paid.
My guess is that thell didnt upload and promote more files after 2008 when he didnt get paid. What do you suggest he delete his account then he loose all hope to ever get paid?
I'm in the same situation as him. What do I need to do to get paid?

After a long wait without answer, I've concluded that Easy-Share became scam.

I'm thinking about make the situation most visible on the web.

 

I think you pay too little in comparison with other and remote upload only with premium accounts bad decision

 

I still earn from them. I using Easy-Share about 3 years and they never fail with a single payment.

 

It is scam or not?

PS. i reported this as bug in your page but never have any response or fixed that problem...

 

Ishhonline, don't get me wrong mate...but...are you blind?

If you go to easy-share main page (top left manu), you will see a message at the top of that page where they left the notice that they KNOW that stats are fcked up and that they are trying to fix it as soon as possible.

 

I dont recon i could use this site until they pay for all countries. although most of my traffic would be in group A and B - it is the principal.
