Can I Open Dubai PayPal Account in Pakistan?

Hi,

My Friend Live in Dubai and I Live in Pakistan. I need PayPal account in Pakistan. Can I open PayPal account in Pakistan using my Friend Detail Like Country , Name . Address , Phone Number, Bank Account. Is this Possible. Please help me and give me Good Idea.

I think you can not.you had better give them a call

 

Your access IP will easily give away your location and will make Paypal suspicious about your country. I do not think your account would survive for long under such circumstances!

Your account will get limited once you login from Pakistan and make a transaction in the account.
If you login to your friend PC in dubai using teamviewer, then you can use that account.

Second best option is to ask him to operate this account from Dubai to send and receive payment for you, to avoid IP conflict.

 

Well, you can make the account but it will get you limited as your IP would be from a different country. You can try using VPN, it's only the solution for it.

 

You should call paypal first then ask them about it, and confirm it.

yes, you can do this. i also use paypal by this way. always login paypal from same ip.

 

same ip is best but if u have dynamic ip frm the isp , use same ip range

Paypal will trace your ip if accessed from pakistan and will limited your account....
