The upload sistem is messed up, web upload freeze at 100%, i only managed to succesfully upload 10% of time via web.
The FTP worked well for me until the new ftp sistem was released, now almost every time i can't conect to ftp because there is a limit of 80 users.
After long efforts to be in those 80 users conected to ftp i get disconected at the middle of the transfer.
Last night i tried for about 1:30 hours to upload 3 files (80-110Mb each), 2 of them worked well i tested their download and it works, but on third file i have problems, i think because i was disconected during uploading.
When i try to download that file i get a 504 eror, or a 7004(don't remember exactly this one) or it happened to me to begin the download and after 3Mb my download was over despite that my file was 110Mb.

And one more "problem" it takes very long to download something, on the files that can be downloaded i must wait about 20 sec after i click the download button ( the page seems to wait for filesonic.com to respond in this time).

I hope you guyz will fix all major problems in a few weeks.

On O2 over the last few days it's been up and down several times for free users, it was working last night but this morning it's the 7008 error which makes a change from the 7004.

My conclusion is they don't know what they're doing.

I would PM filesonic-support or filesonic-support2. It shouldn't take this long.

(It is the weekend, so don't expect a response 'til Mon via PM. If you don't want to wait contact through normal channels at FS. With luck, any tech there over the weekend can help you via the home site.)

Not to slight you, but although I have found fault with FS for numerous technical difficulties, catering to the UK's eff'ed up system is not one of them. I realize I'm on the outside looking in, but it seems to me any work they do to try and make the host work for a nation which is actively blocking them is a bonus. If I were in the UK, I'd be raising holy hell with my ISP.

Never had a problem with RU FROM FS until about two weeks ago. Since then nothing. I'd been trying FS to DF or FileServe. A html page will transfer rather than the file. My suspicion is FS changed something in the re-directs which is preventing the competing hosts for actually going to your file page as if you were premium. If RU from FS is working for anyone, I'd like to hear about it and the fixes (if any) they needed to implement.

(A couple folk have also told me HF is actively blocking RU from FS. I cannot verify this.)

Uploads of any kind are not working yet again. But it's the weekend and nothing seems to ever work properly all weekend long until maybe Monday night. I guess this is a Tues-Weds-Thurs if you're lucky kinda system. So I guess we take the weekend off. Unfortunately so do the downloaders. Cheers.

I saw users limit on ftp was rised from 80 to 120, this is good.
But there is an other problem, for those that don't have a good upload speed: if a start uploading a file after a certain time i get disconected, and this happens while i upload via ftp. So on my broadband upload speed i cant manage to upload a file of 110Mb.
