unauthorised payment dispute

    Recently I got a payment. And I provided the service too. Now the paypal says it is unauthorised payment. The payment wasnt done by the original account holder. Anyways in my first reply they had a option to mention it as service. I said it was an online service which was done.
    Now this time they are asking for proof of mailing? Now how can I provide them that?

    Any idea how can call the paypal people? I mean any cheap method? I am from India. Making an international call to US is a costly affair. So do they have any skype id or something similar?

    clearly mention them by email that its not tangible item. also provide them messenger / email proof of deal
