I do not know whether you are familiar with this term Sleep Paralysis. If you do then its fine, if you don't well there is a lot of articles on it in web, Do a google search may be Google instant will help with a quick one. Sleep paralysis fortunately or unfortunately is not an uncommon experience for me. I experienced it for like at least 100 times over 5 years now. So that goes without saying I am pretty much not terrified about it at all anymore, Though I was when it happened to me initially. But today just moments before writing this post here, I was experiencing a sleep paralysis and it was quite different from what happens to me normally. I was experiencing a gentle electricity passing over my body right from my spine and reaching towards my head which takes the control off of my body, again this was not new as its exactly what happens to me before each encounters of sleep paralysis, sometimes I managed to dodge them and wake up as soon as I could feel its coming. Today it was a usual day I let it to do whatever it wants to, by it don't necessarily mean its a ghost of course lol.. I really don't know what it is. But normally I don't really care much, usually I am very tired in sleep, so I let it to do whatever and I enjoy whatever comes to my mind and during these times you are fully aware that your body is totally paralyzed and you are going to be unsuccessful with your every effort to gain control back, how can you even try when you have no control over them except for your eyes, but you cannot open your eyelids. So as I mentioned before you know whatever you are seeing during this period is just your dream or mind's projection appearing before your eyes, yeah when you are aware its just a dream, it would sometimes create an urge to see the real world but usually I just go about roaming in my own mind created world (something like what you see in the inception movie) and wait till the paralysis and pressure over me goes of. So what so special about today? Well today as the feeling was going away and I was sleeping towards my side to be precise and I have a Television set facing my eyes. So while it was leaving I was slowly able to open my eyes, but unusually today I was able to hear some distinct sound, I don't know how to describe the sound its more like a sound of a storm may be, but its really hard to explain a sound in words don't you think? So the noise was very precise and I could see something moving behind me through the glossy surface on my Television set and I assumed that it should be the one which is making noise. So I wanted to turn to behind to see what it is. But sure enough I was paralyzed again but I could now hear the noise very close to my ears and the noise quickly moved away and I immediately gained control over my body again. I do not know what exactly it is, I do not know why it was making such a distinct noise which I could clearly hear for the first time in my 5 years of experience. I should stress on the point that I can really distinguish what is reality and what is my imagination and what I saw was real and not my imagination. As I mentioned earlier I am very conscious about when I am imagining and when I am in the real world. Hope I am not terrifying the people who are having sleep paralysis. And yeah there was no grey alien in my room lol. So what do you think, could it be a ghost?
No this couldn't be ghost coz this situation happens with lots of people...so I m not agree with this statement.....

No. But it does remind me of a funny story. Several years ago I wasn't feeling well and had nodded off in a chair. While I was asleep my daughter had come home from school for lunch. She had left the tv on, with the volume up and one of the programs that came on after she had left was a psychic one where the guy tries to 'communicate.' As I began to wake up all I could hear was a disembodied voice asking if the was 'anybody there.' Thought I must've died and someone was summoning me from a seance lol. True story.
