100's of videos per day? You just talked me out of it...LOL...who has that kind of time? I think my computer would blow up if I did that...Good for you, man, if you're making sales, but most of us have full time jobs...

^ That's the wrong way to think mate.

When you hear someone say 100's of videos - your first visual is you sitting there slaving over every single one yourself until your eyes sting and you must crash, still broke, still working for someone else... Not sure what you do for your job but I bet you it's in the line up of product/service, and you're part of a team to make more sales happen either directly or indirectly.

Since you work full time, you have resources, right?

What if 2-5 people were doing this for you each and every day along with other daunting shit? And it cost less than half of what you bring home from your day job?

What if you made dozens of videos (outsourced/whatever), then got a different team or software/service to bump the views for you to get into top listings/featured vids?

What if the vids themselves were PROPERLY made sales pitches with a bit of variation in them?

You should never discard any free distribution source as being 'freebie seekers' and you'd be naive to think that you can't pull clicks from youtube that convert to buyers. In fact, by saying that, you can then also say it's pointless to publish on ezine, squidoo, twitter, blogger, wp, they are all just info or ineractive networking sites with spam, aren't they?

Don't judge a man by his tools or his resources. Be creative and think differently than the rest, and of course try to see yourself as the guy that creates jobs instead of works at one, someday soon it might be true.

Good points...I think where some of us get frustrated is that so many people are out there trying to sell us THE best way to make money that we just lose ourselves in the haze...

I guess I'm especially frustrated because I just got kicked off of Google Adwords (for violations I made way back when I was a complete newbie) and I've now lost the only thing that ever made me money...I now have to re-think everything...oh well...lol

youtube is great but you need to first add the video to your website if you havent already then add lots of test to go with video cos google cant read videos then make sure you add a google sitemap and google will send the vivistors to your site instead of youtbe. remeber youtube is owned by google now

    Follow these things-
    1)Wake up in the morning
2)Open your computer and use powerpoint to make 10 slide shows on your niche at least 3 minutes long. They should be average if not awesome.
    3) Go to youtube and use the keywords which you must know that brings the most views.Knowing those keywords can take some time.
    4)Upload the videos.
    5)Turn off the computer
    6)Sleep

You will see sales generated with this small amount of work.:)

17 videos in my niche...most of the videos rank on YouTube's first page for my keywords...244 total page views in 7 weeks...0 hops.

Keywords are fine, videos are quality, product sells well in PPC and has good gravity overall...

Obviously, I've missed a huge piece of the equation...LOL....

Well, I haven't touched youtube for more than a year. So I don't do it anymore. When I was doing youtube, it was easier to make sales than it is today. Now, there is more competition, and youtube is much stricter and bans videos/account promoting products. As far as the youtube promotion style, some people go for quantity, and literally flood youtube with hundreds of vids each day, some people go for quality, and upload just a few vids and try to rank them.

I do have friends who quit their job and work full time with youtube only, and they're able to make a solid consistent earning each month, solely from youtube. There are tools like the multi-vid uploader that make the process of uploading a lot of vids much faster and easier. And guess what, what they do takes them less work than what they did at their 9 to 5 job, and they earn more money this way.
