Advice on how to get higher on Google Maps for chosen keywords?

    I was wondering if anyone would know how to get higher or if you might know any SEO companies that can help a few of my clients?

    Looks like no one has really found out how to optimise a Google Map then? Or all is hush hush about it. I might be the man to finally crack the case!! (I wish) I'm gonna give it a good shot trying though :)

    Have you registered to Google Small Business Centre. Here in Finland it´s enough to get you shown in map view for specific keyword. I noted that if you are looking in a large view (i.e. entire city) you also need to rank high on organic search. So there isn´t any hidden tricks. Try to zoom in to your local view and you should see the familier company popping up.
