Selling Site with $332.89 Adsense Earnings

I'm selling MastercoolEvaporativeCooler.com. It gives me total of $332.89 since June ($113.18 + $92.68 + 127.03) from adsense. I haven't tried to monetize this site using other monetization method than adsense much so I don't know the total potential earnings. I just tell you what I've got so far.

Based on serprank.com, this site sits at 1st page of Google, Yahoo, and Bing for keyword "Mastercool Evaporative Cooler".

Based on seoserp.com, this site sits comfortably at 1st & 2nd position of Google for keyword "Mastercool evaporative cooler".

The successful buyer will get :
- free push domain to godaddy account
- ftp account (this site is hosted at shared hosting so I can't give you the cpanel access).

Is this using White Hat method or Black Hat?
Do I have to pay for the traffic or is it solely based on SEO?

 

No blackhat involved. All the traffic come from search engine. You can see the stats proof I put above for the keywords.

 

Where's the origin of the traffic? Is there any licence for the template?

 

Your site is having just one article. Correct me if i m wrong.
So from one article its generating so much revenue.

The site seems to have many articles, and they are even indexed in Google. I'm wondering why they aren't linked from the homepage of the site.

Seems like a great site. I wouldn't believe that the stats are genuine if the seller didn't had such a great iTrder.

All traffic are coming from search engine. From those 3 stats that I show you, those are number of traffic with each keyword. Hope I answer your question correctly.

Well, I set this to be an auction. So let's see how far it goes although I admit I also set the reserve price. Cause I don't want to loose this so cheap. The site was released back on December 2009. Needed some time to climb for the top spot. In the last 3 months it holds a strong position at 1st spot. Sorry man, I can't take $400 for this. Anyway, thanks for the offer.

 

Yes, you're right. The site has more than just 1 article. But it's not many. Actually I set all the articles to be placed under a page. But since the space is not enough (you can see on the header where I put the navigation), the last page where I put all the remaining articles is not appeared on the site. I decided not to change it because it turns out the click ratio is high. Afraid if I change anything it will decrease the click ratio

 

sorry haven't answered your other question. This site is a Wordpress site. The Wordpress theme is free. You can download it whenever you like. I didn't pay for the theme. Well, if I remember correctly the designer of this theme also have paid version for it. But I don't want to pay for that so I use the free version.

 

wont running 6 adsense blocks on a page get you banned?

 

We are allowed to run 3 ad units + 3 ad links. You can set more but the ads won't be shown more than those limit.

 

Your kidding me there is no way anyone would buy this from this site. I can even comprehend finding the site in major search engines let alone buying the product. Good Luck

 

Hi man, would you like to explain more details because I don't quite understand what are you trying to say. From what I can understand is that nobody would buy the "mastercool evaporative cooler" product from this site. Is that correct? Well, if that's what you meant then you are absolutely right. So far I find it hard to find the affiliates to the products. Some networks also rejected my application to become their affiliates. That's the reason why I put adsense only on the site.

Your privacy page is also showing an adsense ads, its against their TOS i guess.

 

Well, to be honest with you I don't know about that. Almost on all Wordpress theme all things that we set on the sidebar/header/footer/etc will be shown on each post/page. I'm not really good in HTML stuff so I don't know how to turn off the ads on certain post/page.
