Digg Vs Reddit

Digg was recently Dinged for a dramatic change in design. Some say that Reddit is taking advantage of Digg's recent mistake. Well I think Reddit was always better. Reddit is slowly destroying all it's competitors just because of it's design alone. A simple and clean design always wins in the long run.

What do you guys think?

 

No digg Popular, it's not easy to pull down from #1 to nothing.

 

Google came out of nowhere and destroyed the other search engines. I think this situation is very similar. But this take over will definitely take longer than what Google did against it's competition.

 

There's a tough competition but Reddit is better.

 

Digg is much better for me than Raddit and more familiar as well.

 

I like reddit because I got lots of traffic from that book marking site to my site.

 

Digg is good, but digg has been changed the design and it became like twitter.

 

I also get a lot of traffic from Reddit consider me a fan.

 

I think most of don't like new digg, till now i have not use new digg, because i hate new digg

 

I honestly get around 10 visits per day on digg and a good post on reddit can bring me 2000-4000 visits.Stumbleupon always sends a few hundred a day so digg is the crappiest one of all to me!

 

Both are useless for me. i can't find any visitors from two.

 

I like Reddit now, Digg was a community but they changed too much. Digg was the best.

 

I believe Digg is better than Reddit because of it simpler design and popularity...

 

I like reddit but I don't understand all the hating on Digg from the redditors. I think its stupid.

 

Design has nothing to do with traffic,I would rather have the worst design and the best traffic then vice versa lol

Digg users are more then reddit, but reddit link is better and specially Digg new design is not as friendly as previous one was.

 

Design is very important. I know we are not talking about Google, but a simple and clean design has a lot to do with Google's success, in my personal opinion. And I think over a long period of time it will be the same for Reddit.

 

Both are good. Reddit and Digg.

 

Yeah. Digg has been changed a lot, but its also nice. Digg wont get down due to this changes. So Digg is best always than reddit.
