New UK website : Need your feedback

first of all i thank again to DP.
i really happy to complete here my happy 7days. And very excited here to post my first Thread.
we got a new UK-Seo Project. its a competition website. we are doing social book marks, article submission, blogs, using twitter/FB etc. bUt didn't getting good click.

what should we need to do? which smo site is most popular in UK?

I think the site could improve even more if more options were available without having to scroll down.

I think it looks fine but I do not use this type of site. The point is not what I think about it the point is What your Target Market Target Niche think about the site layout and graphics.
