Depends upon the Network you using. Some pay weekly, monthly or in 15 days. Depends on the quality of traffic as well as how much you generate per week or month. If its more you can easily get weekly payments.
he probably means that if you join and immediately make good money ( that would put you on weeklies or net 15 payments), as long as you don't have some history with them, they could keep you on net 30 terms
They will check lead quality how much of the lead or sales are real .. if you quality is good you will get paid quick
