    Hi

    Can anyone please tell me How to detect if site was spammy or on the brink of being spammy? Is there really a thing since I just encountered it now?

    Another Question is

    How come the SERP was there but the number of the visitor is just too low?

    Any Advice?

    A site is spammy if it contains too many keyword (intentionally putting the keywords there to try to influence the SERPS)

    Although at times this occurs naturally, it is widely believed that the search engines downgrade the power of outbound links on a page of over around 100. This is especially true when dealing with the majority of outbound links coming from the comment section.

    You mention 'was', for this you can use the WayBackMachine of Archive.org which can give you a brief idea of what was the content of your domain before you had bought it.
    Google's Archive acc to Archive.org - http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.google.com


    That totally depends on the search volume of the keyword for which you are ranking high on the SERPs.
