I understand that a serial refunder may risk being banned from ClickBank, but what counts for a serial refunder? Is it two or more refunds? Does any one have a clue? I've made one refund so far, but have now bought a product that wasn't what I expected, so if I go for another refund, does that make me a serial refunder? I'm also a vendor myself, so I take much into consideration before jumping on it...
I think youll be ok with 2 refunds. I am not sure that people do get banned for continous refunding... how would they? just block that paypal account / IP / credit card? Is there any info on this on the Clickbank site or anywhere else official?
i refunded the last 4 things i bought...really shows me the quality of products people are putting out there. the last one I got Zero Cost Commissions was a frickin joke. They should be more concerned about the quality of vendors they are allowing on the site, now how many times a person refunds. I am done with Clickbank.....off to bigger and better programs.
I have made a couple of refunds myself but I think it is okay. It is for the "no questions asked money back guarantee" that more people are buying from CLICKBANK. So they shouldn't ban the refunder because there is no way he can be sure of the product before he buys. If it works as promised, he keeps it and if it doesn't then he asks a refund. What I wanted to say is that the refund is ONE of the systems that attracts more customers. So CLICKBANK needs to tolerate more of this because there are lots of "empty promise" products there.
NO. There's no such thing as "serial refunder" as long as the CB policy enforces the 60 day money back guarantee. (And even if it would be that way you can use different credit cards) Bottom line you can make as many refunds as you like as long as the 60 day money back guarantee backs up the product.
