I would say that Bidvertiser is affordable but you will be disappointed with traffic quality.
Adbrite and clicksor are not the best solutions.
If you need the highest traffic quality stick to 1 Tier: Adwords, Yahoo and MSN
7search and Miva are also not bad, but if you are looking for the best ration in terms of cost per click and traffic quality, go for Qualibid.

Lukads.com is a great advertising network.
You currently get 5 euro fund for free when you register as an advertiser, without any further obligations at all!
I'd say hurry up and give it a try.

for mobile site i suggest you Admob, MobGold, Mojiva. they are pretty reliable, either you as their advertisers, or publisher. although Mojiva pays lesser than MobGold in terms of earning.

Of course, Facebook can target better audience compared to other conventional ad network like Adsense, Admob, or MobGold

100% right. I made a few mainstream dating ads and had to pay about 1$ per click in order to get 7$ lead.
Plus Facebook disapproved most of my ads. Conversion rate was good at first but it didn't stay that way.
I would rather go with Qualibid where you can pay 1- 10 cents for click in most niches. It converst just as well and even better.

Because it does pay and they will filter malicious clicks.
And it won't count clicks in local place, which saves money for advertisers~~
    I think they are responsible.
