Do not use MONEYBOOKERS - lots of reasons

I was exited when I first found moneybookers, signing up was easy.

Card Verification was instant and I started accepting payments.

These are the only 2 good things about moneybookers. From there (second day) all hell broke loose.

    1. They will block your account in the first week and ask for id and address verification.
    2. During that period no withdraw possible, you can't even accept transactions.
    3. Address verification takes 3 weeks by snail mail.
    4. Support by email is slow, sometimes waiting one week for a reply.
    5. If your letter doesn't arrive - your account is fucked.
    6. In one month I completed all their requirements.
    7. "Approved and verified" was my status.
    8. On the next week they blocked my account - no explanation and no email.
    9. Money stolen.

    PayPal, moneybookers all SUCK.

My only hope is iverified.com but they seem like a SCAM site!!!!

I am contemplating forum suicide, I can't find a good online payment processor.

I have had a very bad experince with paypal and moneybookers.

Use Liberty Reserve, they will never ask you to verify anything,
    also very low fees.

Yes, I prefer using Alertpay and ofcourse PayPal over them. :)
Alertpay added new feature to verrify account via mobile few months ago which is fast and good for users.

Well, I did not have any issues with them when I signed up. Their address verification letter reached here in 2 weeks and my account got approved without any problem.

I think you just have to follow their guidelines properly and do not hurry.

Moneybookers is a good payment processor, better than PayPal. I'm using it for more than 3-4 years now. Alertpay also looks nice ;)

I am sorry to hear that. However, did you try calling them by phone? If not, you can give them a call and ask them about the reason they closed your account for. I am sure that they will give you an explanation why they did that. It might be just a mistake.

Once you believe it is the best... you will see they can do everything with your money. Including but not limited to lock your account. Check forum posts you will see so many complaints against moneybookers/paypal.

The best side is... if you can avoid receive payments do it and only make payments with them.

If you accept payments using those payments processors you always will be a target. There is no save side accepting them.
