    the domain is :modforum.net

    Google search for Mod forum has :About 66,500,000 results

    This is obviously a Current Niche as Number of Gizmos/Gadgets/Consoles owners
    has rised by 60 % this year and not everyone could pay for the expensive games and consoles.
    There Are currently Many forum relating to this topic
    Imagine Being the first one to appear in google search due to solid keyword .

    Should i develope and sell it or should i sell it now ?
    and what price do you think i could sell it ?

    If developped, you can sell it better ? => Yes for sure!
    but, sell it for huge ? I don't know, that's difficult to appraise. It depends of the development and of course (particularly for this kind of ND), depends of the traffic of the forum ! :cool:
