Hello, now after many years of hustle your dreams finally come true you become a big shot you've a big company & you're IM "Expert" 'll you hire someone to help you promote your company, then you just sit back & cross your finger or you rather go it yourself which do you prefer ?
Well if it's just hiring someone to help promote the business then I'm all for it. I would still have a hand in things and it's always nice to have someone take some of the load off and maybe even have ideals I haven't thought off.
People make mistakes both ways. Some decent managers try to pretend they are marketing geniuses and try to wear the hat even though they stink at it. Other times a good marketing driven manager will get themselves bogged down in administration instead of building the company's business like they should be doing. It really depends whether you are a marketer/salesman or if you are a manager/leader. (Although, a lot of companies also make the mistake of letting the manager get bogged down in administration without giving the marketing away to somebody else - in that case the manager should focus on marketing instead of administration whether they are good at it or not because that's what drives their business).
Yeah it's always good to still monitor what's going on . Well no matter how good you're you still need an idea you still need an expert to fill the space you're lacking . That's true .
Marketing and Planning is something that you can never outsource. You can always outsource other tasks such as admin work, seo stuff, designing, content writing etc but you will always have to come up with new marketing ideas and plan your projects.
I think it's great to have a team to help you after you reached a certain point. It's true what they said.. 2 heads always better than 1. You can focus more on important tasks while still have your business running at the same time.
I would never prefer seat at home and trust all my Company work to the worker. I like to be in business and know what is happening in the company. Hired workers are always welcome with advices and suggestions but the Decision maker is always the Boss in the Company...
I think in the beginning stages of any business, you have to do the work yourself. Not to mention that getting your hands dirty is the best way to know what needs to be done in order to maximize the profit of the business.
Well I would say learn Internet Marketing yourself first. Do it yourself for the first few months/years. Once you start earning some money, you can outsource it. What you've to trust someone but 90% of the time you'll always be there to know what's going on . Yeah someone have to always plan before doing anything but so many people don't have time to plan they just do . Yeah some people will rather sit home enjoying the income this is why so company go bankrupt . Yeah some people don't wanna get their hand dirty any more .
