I have not setup any stat programs on this site , so I have no clue of any known traffic,

with more seo done to this site it could be a high earning site.

domain is paid for 2 years with namecheap, free transfer to your namecheap account.

as i said i never set any stat programs up, as i was just doing seo for it, if there is traffic id say its coming from yahoo, but can say exact how much traffic the site is currently getting

 

Just curious when the site was ranking for the terms you state above? I don't see it anywhere for those.

 

Just look on google and yahoo i see them just fine, check 16th page for google as they move 15th/16th page

Are you the legal owner of the domain? or does your client own it?

 

I own the domain , i bought it at namecheap.com, the old client does not even know the domain address, he just told me to get website ranked then he would pay but he has not contacted me in some time so that is why i must go ahead and sell it as is...

What CPL are you using? Also what tool are you using to find the Google rankings?

I used a couple of tools but did not find it listed in Google.
What is the earnings per sale?

Well I am not using anything for the site right now, but i use SEOBOOKS rank checker and manual using google.com 16th page look and u will see them, and also if you look on yahoo you will see 1st page for the one keyword.

and i am not earning anything for the site, as it was for client, so no earnings as ive not tried to make any earnings as explained in detail listing
