I got my payments of $81.69! I was just checking my mails, and there was a paypal notification - Clickwinks Publisher Payments!

 

$50 is the minimum payout
We do accept all sites except porn.

We have the advertisers for Hong Kong, and we will soon be having a lots of advertisers for China too!

The minimum click rate for USA is 4 cents, but it will always higher because the advertisers will always BID higher then that in order to get their ads getting displayed.

Yes, you are right! We serve public serving ads where we do not have advertisers. We serve the ads of NGOs like WHO, Unicef etc. The publishers are not paid for such clicks.
