Since the tv-show is probably not owned by you, you can't use premium survey's.

xapango, man take it easy, you used fake content ,you violated the terms, and you were aware of it, and still wanna get paid, its kind of unfair.


Anyway here is my story ;
I have been banned from CPA lead, fist my account was frozen, then banned anyway Jeremy told me to contact Robert i did ,and there have been 7 days and still no replay, so i will post here what i have sent to him,and hope someone from CPA Lead will respond me.

Now, all I wanna know is, can i get paid or not, I just wanna know where I am with that question.
And if i can't get paid,then I can start all over , Jeremy told me he will accept if i apply again.
But like i said i would like someone to check my situation and answer me.
O and for the others that call them scam, i have there around 1.3 k $ probably lost them, but still for example Jeremy, after getting banned, still talked to me, and tried to help me get my account back ,so i wanna thanks him again, even if he wasn't my AM.

You were banned because your traffic indicates all surveys completed under your account, were autofilled by bots. There is no way every single user from the same IP address completed about 7 surveys, and then the next user with another IP completed another 7 and this pattern continued for the next 100 or so users. Needless to say, your traffic did not back out AT ALL for our advertisers due to the extremely poor quality. We were not paid for any of your leads.

The reason why Robert didn't respond to you, is probably because you know what you did wrong and it was not worth entertaining your email. Since you have put this on the forum, I am forced to explain to everyone why you were banned to clear up any confusion started from your erroneous post.

You are funny Troy,
First, there are many factor could cause that, not just "bot". You can't assume all are bot.
Second, it's your and other managers' job to answer/response members' questions, and how can you judge whether they know or really don't know the reason for their suspension? It's only your personal opinion, and you have no right to consider our emails as junks.
Third, people asked you politely and the way you react is like slashing on their face.

Oh yeah, I'm not saying this because my account got banned. Please don't take it that way.

 

Its ok, anyway for the users that completed 7 different surveys, my traffic was from USA only, and as far as i can remember, maximum of surveys that can be shown is 6 for USA.

And i had surveys on 3 sites, that is maximum of 3 surveys that could have been completed by one ip - once a survey is completed the content unlocks, and the surveys are not shown anymore, unless the content doesn't unlock but the user completed the survey, so he does another one.
Even though, there was no way they could have completed 7 surveys , when i can't set it to display 7 surveys, only 6.
If i had 6 sites, and i put a widget on 6 sites, one ip could have completed only 6 surveys not 7.
Like i said 3 sites, 3 surveys could have been completed by one ip only.
If I'm wrong correct me.

You wanna say that your members,and ex members are entertainment for you ?
I just wanted to know the answer, there was no need to entertain my email.
If he just answered my email saying, no you can't get paid or whatever, i wouldn't post any of this here, i waited long enough for an answer, there was no answer, that's why i decided to post here.

And about the bots, i just wanna say one more thing how could bots complete surveys that needs to download a game and install it on a computer, that is what it takes for a survey to be completed ? After removing premium surveys,all my surveys were about downloading a game and installing it. ( free surveys, there were also on one widget purchase/trial offers)
I never used any bot, and i don't even know how to use it or where to even get one.
And i had purchase/trial offers, i remember a user completed one of them, is that also been done by a bot , a bot o completed a survey that requires credit card ?

Anyway I don't care about it anymore, its over now , the advertisers didn't pay i guess , nothing can be done.
Just wanna know if i can get another chance and start all over again.

 

Your traffic was completely fraudulent and so were your methods. So no, we cannot allow you to create another account with us.

They might be asking politely, but when someone uses bots to fraud our surveys, I assume they already know what they did. I would rather only spend my time answering to those with legitimate concerns, rather than those who knowingly used fraudulent methods to make a profit from us.

If anyone else uses bots to fraud our surveys, they can expect the same kind of treatment. We are taking a very hard stance against fraud.

 

@Maximo Decimo Meridio, you bought traffic from the US that convert 25% right from the very start you start getting traffic from that method. That sounds suspicious right from the very start.

Are you aware of this kind of illegal method before? That isn't a legit traffic. You should be more careful on buying traffic next time. Try to focus on SEO because it's more profitable in the long run compared to paid traffic.

 

@Maximo Decimo Meridio, I did not went through your story to detail... but at first look its clear that you are confusing IP address of your domains and IP of users filling surveys... what CPAlead does not like that one user (1 IP) fills 6 times survey... if its 1 or 6 of your sites it does not matter.

Do I understand this correctly?

Don't get me wrong it is nice to add a new dashboard but when you guys add some offers !

what growing ? ( from my point of view ) they are going down the total amount of US offers that does convert more than 10% of the times is NONE.
but they will fix that soon just like they always do ( At least i hope so ) however i already left i hope i can return back soon when they bring better offers.

ok I will ask again... how exactly does splash widgets work? Does the website visitor fill the offer and u get paid? or what.. the offer goes away after a few seconds, so do they access all your content free? my affiliate manager must have passed out at the PC because he never responded to a ticket after almost 2 weeks....

 

Can i use the premium surveys with proxy sites?

 

A splash widget is similar to a normal one, except there is no incentive or content to unlock. The biggest advantage is that you can put it on any sort of website (with content, of course!) that doesnt need to have access blocked.

So, if your content really isn't good enough that someone would be willing to fill out a survey to access, you can try a splash widget instead where the survey is voluntary and just put "This content is brought to you by..." the sponsors and your visitors can choose to help support your site by doing a survey or not.

 

the premium surveys are helping out a lot and have increased my earnings this month. i hope you guys add even more soon. new dashboard cant wait!
