This one is not looking good on 22" monitor ... so arrange things in such way that this one looks great on all size of monitor. Have you started link building or social activity for this website.
I am confused... I've scaled this site all the way down to 1024x768 and it sits nice. I have a 24" monitor, my wife has a 22" and it works well. What is it you're seeing that doesn't look good?

Color combination and layout is looking pretty good , have a little bit of work on the header to make it more attractive
Myself and a friend who are both in graphic design created the header and have received a lot of kudos on it. This leaves me puzzled.
I have a 24" and I think it looks great. One thing thou, it would look better if the page was centered there is too much white space in the page on large screens.
