Friday 11th september will be another payout ? because i have sufficient $ in my account to received my payment.

 

The server "s2" does not work (502 Bad Gateway).
Reset!!
Why these servers are always offline?

 

What is 502 Bad Gateway? Does the file need to be reupped when uploads start working again or is it just a problem with the servers and will be resolved?

 

Have the ftp issues been sorted in the uk about the speeds because it isto slow

good question, I have re uploaded 2 of them that had bad gateway, and they both still had bad gateway again. I am going to just try to wait a while and hopefully filesonic gets these things fixed.

 

Where are you located? If in the UK, this error has been reported by those being blocked from FS by the IWF. Look back to crufty's posts if so. He has been working on the fix with FS.

If you're outside the UK, this generally indicates that a server is down. Please make a note of the server number and report to FS. There seem to be a number of postings regarding down servers at present. Even so, don't assume someone else has already sent a report to FS. If they haven't and you do not send yours it will only take longer for the problem to be repaired. I reported s94 as down this morning via their contact page and it was back up within an hour.

Not fair in the slightest to FXXXB, stan33. Only makes you look like an a$$ and hardly encourages me to give any weight to your arguments.

FS has yet to miss a scheduled pay date and there is no reason to expect them to miss one anytime soon. If you're expecting your first, make sure the payment info in your settings is correct so as to prevent delays. Congratulations on your first payment!

 

can we get an answer to this question? i know in some other paying hosting sites this is prohibited...in rapidshare before this is allowed you can create as many as you want via collectors acct then convert it to premium acct by points...

if this is happening and the ip is not monitored, then we can just make our own network of referrals without inviting other uploader to join...

hope this is not happening in filesonic

 

Oh, I think that this site is quite "reasonable" enough right now. Go to any WRZ site and see how much people are using them compared to other sites. If it gets any more "reasonablier" than this, then FileSonic can pretty much pack it's bags from all of the WRZ sites. Well, if they can't keep up with the free-user downloading world then they shouldn't have put down rates that are too high for them in order to keep up. Mind you, they can also leave the speed alone and then make the rates more "reasonable" in order to get more money and buy more servers. We could also talk about that. But NOOOOO, "free users are our enemies man BLA BLA BLA ... and we are supposed to fight against our enemies BLA BLA BLA ... how dare you claim our site and affiliates is wrong when we just need to give worse service to people and squeeze more money out of them BLA BLA BLA ... then everything gets fixed. ahhh, I'm so proud of myself now and my site that offers good service only to the selected few - Finally we are as good as Uploading.com is! yeee ... etc" "Reasonable" will never become BEST - and this is something you can write at home on your wall. It will always stay average.

If they are not able to keep it up with server strength as you claim ('the strain on their servers is too high'), then maybe they should come forth and admit that to their AFFILIATES, "we can't keep it up (with the new scheme) - we'll have to change it" -> YES, IT IS as simple as that. Instead of blaming the downloading world with worse downloading conditions for a mistake that the downloading world didn't make. And I DO NOT THINK this is their biggest problem, their main problem is psychotic PPS greed-o-mania that blindly wants fast money and is trying to make the site go below file-host average for it. That's THE problem.

I'm in the US and yes I have reported it on their contact for fix bugs. Thanks for the input though I appreciate it.

the servers that are down are s76 and s90, in case IT reads it here before they read the bug.

 

An apt summary.

 

Not only did support not respond to my emails, they took off premium status from my account without giving a refund! Not that it really makes a difference since I couldn't download anything anyway with my "premium" account. Scam artists.

Will This week's Payout will also have 15% bonus like last week (only for people who missed on reaching the payout limit and have been members since before the 27th of Aug )
These people have also suffered the same like everyone and would be fair to treat them as others ....
FS have been true to their word with regards to payment and think they would look into this too.... I don't know ...Just a suggestion....
BTW FTP works fine for me....Maybe it's location based....

 

Is there any way to see the number of Downloads at File Manager?
