    So i setup a test site back in May - working on some new backlinkings methods, different themes in wordpress, etc..

    Anyway i just found out that my site is ranking on the first page for "improve eyesight"
    (22,00 searches a month according to Google)

    Well i don't have time to continue to optimize this site, and keep on the first page, so i'd rather sell it to someone who does.

    I don't know how long it's been on t he first page and I just put analytics on the site this morning - when i found out it was rankings.

    This can be extremely profitable! Especially for adsense if you keep throwing backlinks at it.

    Clickbank probably wouldn't be a good choice - which is what i have on there. Although i have made 8 sales, i think adsense would be more profitable for this keyword.
