Can I ask you guys why you believe manual submission is better? Do you think that you will get penalized for using tools ? If thats the case then why not use them against your competition!!? - Automated tools are a great time saver but dont forget you have the control - so just because they save time doesn't mean that you should get trigger happy and do alot - Also I would love to hear of a tool that has caused adverse affects to established sites - yes if you create many links to a newly created site then you will suffer the google dance however continue and you will come back much stronger - IMHO automated tools are a great time saver - if you have a number of sites to manage then manual link buiding in competitive niches will mean your whole time being taken up by seo - Just learn how to use the tools and enjoy working on other areas
