    Hi All,

Check out the below term. How does Google treat it? Does it count it as a genuine or garbage term? Read the post completely to understand what i mean.

    asdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdf

Lately i have observed that such meaning less terms have good search count (check for yourself in keyword tool). But who targets it as a keyword anyways?

    Waiting for your inputs guys.

(Hope i posted this thread in the right place and hope me putting the link here won't bother the MODS  ! )

Why is that term "link" in my post turning into a hyperlink? is it from DP itself??

That's the auto-generated ads by DP itself.

Getting back to your topic, that term is considered a keyword. It cannot be considered spam or garbage characters by a search engine when being searched.
The search gives about 2500+ results, the 2nd one being your post.
Adword's Keyword tool gives 'No results found', i.e. this keyword has no search volume.
And yeah, this is the right section :D

No but it does give a result when searched. The global average volume is given. How come people are searching for this senseless term? I put the post today itself and within one hour it got caught by SE. Hence its listed second on search.

But still, who and why is anyone searching this term?

The fact that it is caught by the search engines does not mean that anybody searches for it.

The SE simply identified a word not on their list (they do not look for meaning), and added it to their index. Whether people search it or not is irrelevant. Keep in mind that if people search for a term, the SE needs to have it in its index FIRST before providing results.

Oh, and BTW, there ARE searches: YOU performed them!

If you search for it and you get results, then it is stored in their database, otherwise it would not report results.

You will get again traffic, because YOU or the people on this thread search for it.

No no, you are not getting the point buddy. What i am talking is something more than what people search here.

I am talking about people who are genuinely searching in Google and coming on that article. I mean, its not just few i am talking about man.
