get up at 9 - 12am, sleep at 3 - 6am, got sleep problems... really bad for health.
I get up 6.00 am and sleep at 11.00 pm...
8AM-1AM (mostly)
i get up 7 am and sleep at 12 am
I think you need to follow 'Early to Bed and Early to Rise'. DON.
