recently i started blog commenting on blogs but i have one question that will my pagerank raised if the niche of the blog which i am commenting on is not related to my website but have pr good ??
Well for me based on experience commenting on internal pages with High PR (PR2,PR3, and PR4) that is not related. The result was really bad...my pagerank drops From PR3 to PR2 which i expected to rise at PR 4.
Unrelated posts won't do much good unless they are high PR and then nothing like as much as related posts There are lots of related blogs out there, take the time to find them and you will be much better off.
supernal is correct. Targeted backlinks are obviously better, but a range on all sorts of sites doesn't hurt, because it is what happens in the real world, and makes your site look natural.
It is best if you comment on blogs that have posts that are related to your website because it will definitely get good feedback from other visitors and will also get generate good traffic towards the website itself..
Absolutely correct. The fact is all backlinks should look natural. If you ask whether your PR will increase or not depends on what types of blogs you're commenting on. If the blogs are No-follow, then you don't get any link juice. But if you manage to comment on Do-follow links, then its awesome. I would suggest commenting on similar blogs. Happy commenting...
Concentrate on specific keywords. This is not good, you wont be able to compete on all these keywords! You want to be found on google.
this can get your pagerank increased but you should comment your niche related blogs for compitate the your keywords
First you need to comment on niche related blog, second you can comment on irrelevant blogs too if it has high PR. Do not spam blog and provide valid comments.
It is good to have back links from same niche. If the backlink is related to your blog then only it gets counted as quality link by google.
Relevancy does not exist in Google's eyes. Too many examples have already shown this, but think about it this way. If I get a link from CNN, despite them being a news source and not a wine one...do you really think that link is not going to be valuable?
There are many factors determining the value of a link for you, including relevancy, PR of the giving page, number of links you have, type of link etc.
yup that is true every link counts ... but dont bother with too many unrelated links as they will put your site under suspicion. I mean if u just go on hogging free high pr links which is quite unnatural and so google wont like it.
