Selling GrandProxy.com PR-4

I have decided to sell all of my websites because I just don't have time to work them anymore. The first one I am selling is grandproxy.com which is a PR4 site. I make approx $50 to $85 per month with only adsense and get a lot of traffic referrals to sites I have listed. I have stopped working on it as of the end of August and have seen a reduction.

To answer your question about traffic.... I have not done anything with the site but let it sit there since the thrid week in August. I really don't think the traffic has gone down. Compared to June and July it is still up a little. August was huge. In July and August I posted on a lot of forums and added the site to a group of proxy lists. It is still doing pretty good for just sitting there.

Just a note to possible buyers:
The traffic he is getting is not real traffic; it is just images hotlinked from a bunch of IPs.

Interesting. I'm not trying to hide anything and have provided everything. I didn't even know that was happening. It is still making money but if people don't want to buy I'm fine with that.

I don't think it's even bad. You don't hide that's what makes it more good. It's still making average near $100/m so price is still fair for new owner. $650 is average revenue of 7 months but it's good for having url linked in with some large sites. So new owner can just put hot-linking protection code and that's it n use adversal on proxied page to make some $100 more every month

 

Remember, that's $100/month for 600GB a month!
