Tried Vtunnel. You can get to the download page using this but still can't download. Premium mebmership is not recognized and the free download 30s countdown doesn't move.

 

They had such a plan prior to July 1st. Top rate was $10/1000 downloads. Only the A, B & C countries were counted. Downloads from premium users were not counted. Sales commission was only 30%. New rates have split the plan in two, but rates are at least double.

Make sure you have enabled vTunnel to allow cookies and scripts. These are not the default settings and will result in the problems you described.

It is on the todo list after the bugs are exterminated.

There was no problem connecting last night. The problem then was that uploads were not filed.

Man, you're kidding right?? The free download speed has to be 150kbs-250kbs at least to even be competitive. Many are in the 400-500kbs range with download managers. Some other hosts limit the free download speed to 80kbs and they are totally unusable and getting nowhere. They are not even on the map and never will be. If you give crappy service and piss everyone off then nobody will even think of joining. You have to have good speed and service first like hotfile or rapidshare has done. Then you will gain a following. As far as captcha goes, not a good idea right now. It would be totally usesless and further complicate things. I would say FS has to at least get the site working really good and consistently like many of the others are before considering anything else.

On a side note, web uploads are not working at all. I've tried a bunch of times today. Also downloaders are complaining they cannot download. Any chance of fixing soon?
