    If I don't have credit card then can I transfer money from my bank to paypal or receive money from paypal?

    I am from India!

    You can only recieve money via PayPal in banks.
    To transfer money in PP you will need CC.

    Yes you need cc to add funds as the facility to add funds from bank to paypal is available for us members only.

    If you don't have credit card you can't send funds to paypal
    you can only receive money to bank account from paypal .

    if u have a bank account with connected IFSC network , u can get ur paypal verified thru your bank. paypal will send u small deposits & put that deposit amount to paypal system to confirm bank to get verified

    2 options to get money out of paypal account in India

    Option 1 : Indian paypal users can withdraw funds to bank account in India or to an US bank account. Withdrawing funds to an Indian bank account would take about 5-7 working days, and about 3-4 working days for a bank in the US.

    Option 2 : Paypal users can also request a cheque from PayPal( processing time is 4-6 working days).

    The answer is NO! Paypal don't offer fund upload from Indian bank accounts as of now.....
