Does anyone remember something similar in the past? I mean such a big gap between PR updates.

i think still we have chance to build backlink so guys rather wasting time lets start doing that.

Great video, interesting how Matt only discussed links as the only way of gaining page rank.

 

Why is it "interesting"? Links are the only way of getting PR!

 

Because I have a blog that has no backlinks yet has a pr of 2 and is 4th in G for its main keyword

 

I do not believe you. I think you are making that up. It is impossible to get PR without backlinks. Can you show us the link so we can check.

Thanks for the PM. As it said, its impossible to get PR without links. I cam see >20 links to the site you are claiming has no links.

 

The links are no longer there check, and the blog gained its rank before those links were there

 

The links are still there. I think you will find no one will believe what you are saying.

 

I think it is now time for google to update the page rank. Wat you think of it?

I guess your guess is as good as mine... only Google knows the exact date... keep on building quality links while waiting..

 

@esoftload i will just consult my as soon as i get some vibes from the ball i will tell you,no one has a clue when the next PR will be and who cares anyway the Kudos that a PR had a few years back has gone.
