Hi.. with the help of local web designer.. i consturct a website which is php forum. In my website one can embeded the code of live tv channels which are hosted by other websites.. But my problem is data transfer rate?? whether I need to take unlimited data transfer rate and disk space?? how much data transfer rate consumed when one person viewed my website in one hour?? Can you tell me the solution which is the best place to host my website and also the cost involved for webhosting??
Your website won't consume too much bandwidth because the video is not hosted in your hosting account and, for example, if the page is 4000 bytes (4kb) and you have 1000 daily visitors you will have a consumption of 4.000.000 bytes, alias 4 megabytes per day that for instance are 124mb per month. Tell me the average page size in bytes (with images, css, scripts and so on) and I will give you an estimation. Again, your server is not going to host videos so the bandwidth will be a problem of the website that host the video.
You are not hosting the live streaming so your hosting will only consume the bandwidth required the website to be loaded per refresh ( means page load ) and once the page is opened the live streaming will consume bandwidth of its host not yours.
files which are hosted on your server only those will consume your bandwidth ... for example you can upload image on tinypic and link that image in your website .. this doesn't mean that image is using your bandwidth instead it uses tinypic's bandwidth ... hope you got it.
