BackLink PR recommendation

In you opinion what is the best . Have 1 high PR8 link, 3 pr4 links or to have 1,000 backlinks of PR0 to PR2

 

IMO, 3 PR4 links... if you only have one pr 8 link and the rest are pr 0, then it tips off Google and it thinks it could be a bought link. If you have 3 PR4 links, it tells Google that there are multiple reputable sites linking to my website.

Of course, if those links aren't relevant, then none of that matters.

 

I do agree 3 PR4 links would be better then others.

 

I think 1 PR 8, combined with lot(not 1000) from PR0-2 is good.
Also, you must quickly find the link from other PR to make your site rank stable.

 

Well, if you have a 1000 PR0 backlinks, it's same as a few PR 8 links. But, if you mix up some PR's (4,5,6,7,8,9) then the results are even better!

Try both, some PR8, more PR0 up, I think it attracts more audience.

1,000 backlink for PR 0 to PR 2 is best answer for this question i think....

 

IMO, the more the authority of page, the more it will be beneficial. Its heard in different forums that backlinks from PR1 is 10 times that from PR0 so we can say few quality links from high PR sites is more weighty then that of 1k links from PR0.
