Your location is Australia and your sense of self-importance is too high. There are a lot of natives who are not from US/UK who can write better than you think they could.
Normally, I would totally agree with you. I don't believe a person needs to be from an English speaking country to master the language, however in this instance, I would be inclined to say that his rates are a bit too high for an English speaking job. Here is what I based my opinion on The proper English way to convey this would have been, "I have been writing content for the last three years.
lol actually the OP needs to activate his spelling checker as well. Punctuation is not exactly his strong point but then again I have communicated with so-called native English speakers whose English were not any better than his. btw I am not a native English speaker, either. I am a Chinese. And my parents don't speak English at all. Oops, now those so-called native English speakers are going to blacklist me and pay me only Third World rates, if I were to beg them nicely and call them "Mastah" every other sentence. rofl.
