How Do I Take Action To The Websites That Steal My Articles?

One of my articles is stolen by this website:

I'm sorry, if I break the rule by submitting an url here..
I'm very disappointed with them..
first they do not give a link back to my website..
second, they even changed my article!

I tried to contact them by locating their email address,
but I found it nowhere.

What should I do now?
Please help...

Should I contact their Web Hosting Administrator if they reject to take any actions?

 

thats not a good thing to copy others work and try to make money fromit .. hope you get some good results man.

 

If they fail to take action, you should definently contact their web host,

 

Do a WHOIS to see if they have a valid email address there. Send them a C&D email to remove offending material within 48 hours (or at the very least link back to your site, if you are happy with that arrangement).

If no success, email the Abuse Dept of their hosting provider. Provide links to all proof.

If no success, contact the Abuse Dept of the upstream data canter. You will likely have to send a DMCA with the complaint.

If no success, stop writing such damn fine articles and they won't steal from you!!

There is forum called "legal issues". Wouldn't it make more sense to ask this question there instead??? Just a thought.
