How Do I Take Action To The Websites That Steal My Articles?

    thats not a good thing to copy others work and try to make money fromit :( .. hope you get some good results man.

    Do a WHOIS to see if they have a valid email address there. Send them a C&D email to remove offending material within 48 hours (or at the very least link back to your site, if you are happy with that arrangement).

    If no success, email the Abuse Dept of their hosting provider. Provide links to all proof.

    If no success, contact the Abuse Dept of the upstream data canter. You will likely have to send a DMCA with the complaint.

    If no success, stop writing such damn fine articles and they won't steal from you!! :D

    There is forum called "legal issues". Wouldn't it make more sense to ask this question there instead??? Just a thought.
