Back Link & PageRank Update (Sept 28)

Update now on 11 DCs at http://livepr.raketforskning.com/

 

Looks like DC for my area has not yet been updated as all 40 of my sites are still at the same pr =\

 

I see change for one site.

 

I see the changes happening but the toolbar hasn't updated. Only time will tell. I'm going to take a nap.

This is definately a regular update, even for older sites. I have an old site,http://youbuytoys.com
that was a 3 for a long time which just jumped to a 4

 

Yeah, my zero went to a 3. Site is not 3 months old yet!

 

Usually new sites get pr2 or pr3, if they have decent backlinks.
I dont know why couple of my sites lost a pr from 5 to 4, backlinks infact are more than what they were before.

 

Thats what happens with google, it never lets you earn more

 

13 DC have been updated.

 

I only checked on 7 sites, which I monitor pretty regularly. They are on 2 different IP blocks if that matters.

 

One of my sites went from PR 0 to PR 5 on these DC's. I was expecting min. of 6 but I will take 5.

so how long do these updates usually take? days or are they already completed?

 

Congrats, PR5 to start with is really a nice thing, make sure you work hard to keep it at 5 or more.

 

Updates can take from a few hours to a week.

 

Thanks. But, In past I have had 4 sites which went directly to PR 6 and I have spend more money (to buy PR6,7 links) on this site and it is only going to be PR 5. But on bright site all the menu links (10 in total) are also showing up as PR 5.

Yeah I definately see a couple of changes. For those who have not seen a change yet give it a while because as Scottfish said it can take up to a week. But there is definatey an update going on.
