Selling Once Popular Celebrity Niche FREE Hosting Network + Busy FORUM

Here's a chance to revive a once very popular Celebrity Network of sites that had an Alexa ranking of 14K at one time. It was at the top of its Niche and can very easily achieve this status again with a bit of work. I have neglected it far too long now and due to the current status of my data center... I must find it a new owner ASAP before its too late. (they have disappeared and not taking care of business).

I am basing the sale / purchase price on the active forum that remains... But, you will get everything else with the FREE hosting network included (there are 2,000 subdomains of which most have been abandoned).

Few questions:
Are there any paid hosting accounts still active?
Any pre paid banner ads that need to be honored?

If there are any that are still active... it would only be 1 or 2 at the $19.99/year price. There is one that just signed up last week at a $1 per month special offer that was made by my partner and I would like to see honored for at least a year.

There are currently no advertising commitments. Any banners in place can be changed to your liking and the text links you see belong to me and can be removed.

I will do what I can to help with the move and then make sure things are running as they are supposed to be. Be sure to note you will need more than a regular hosting account. Root access to the server / vps will be necessary.

I have a dedicated server I may be able to use, what is the "ball park" hard drive space needed for this?

Also, could you tell us what the status of the "star-sites" domain are if included?

 

Here's what WHM currently reports:

The star-sites domains have expired a while ago and been taken up by domainers. Same with e-Fans.ORG. I do have backups saved and can include that content too. e-Fans.ORG was a celebrity photo gallery and has a ton of wallpapers that I was going to put on a subdomain of the .NET site instead.
