1. Read the post by filesonic-support a few posts higher.
2. Payments are done between Friday & Saterday. Asking about where your payment is early on a Friday evening, is a bit early, isn't it? If you don't get it when we are Saterday evening, then you may ask.

And a suggestion to FS: Why don't you take the opportunity to post updates like this on the FS News Page? You posted of your August 12th generosity, but nothing since even though you have boosted earnings almost every week. Perhaps you guys see it as bragging, but if so, you're being too humble. It would be great PR. Besides, you have more affiliates who do not participate in forums such as this than you have who do participate. If the good news is not made available to them, they may not be as enthusiatic as the could be in promoting FS.

i need to know which files are getting sales

 

Some servers are unavailable. I'm not able to download some files... it says that it can't connect to the server.

 

Although not in grid format as it was on the SM site, this info is currently available.

1. Go to your Statistics page.
2. In the Premium Sales Count / $ column, click on the sales value for the day (ie. 5/$27).
3. Your Premium Sales Details 2010-xx-xx page will then open. There will be a link to each sale and each referrer for the day.

When you submit your bug report, it will be quicker for them to track and resolve if you can indicate which server(s) return the error and if you can provide a sample link from each server which is unreachable.

I give up !!!! 24h trie to upload a file on ftp,...................uploadet 20 times without error and never see it in the file manger !!!!!!!! The server eat my FIle or what??? Not Funny!
