I know what you mean about ezinearticles.com, you are only allowed 20-25 articles a year and they do come off as having alot of rules. Good luck
Inside Edition - No I am not indian I just decided to do some research before putting the categories together lol. And yes please add as many articles as you want! I have some other people working on articles as well so hopefully this will get the site going. Ill add a link to your site in my links directory.

Both are good, but ezinearticles is no-follow, so no passing of link juice. Articlesbase is my favourite and they also approve/reject submitted articles pretty fast.
