i have a PayPal account and even withdrawn money from this PayPal account to my bank account. but now i am not able to withdraw money to bank account as it says - 'That bank account is already assigned to another PayPal account' how is this possible? what should i do? -please help :-(
its because paypal recognize in its system that the bank account details you try to submit are connected to other paypal account, they usually don't have mistakes with it... maybe you need to clear up your memory and try to remember if you have opened other account before or some of your friends / relatives had open account and added your bank details. if you cant remember of anything done regarding this account number you should call to paypal they will help you with it. (had the same problem, called paypal and they sorted it)
there is a support branch of paypal in Singapore, they should have the number in the website, just login to your PayPal click the contact us link at the bottom, than click of call us, and you will get web pin and you should see the contact number (I'm in Thailand and the number i get is: 65-6510-4584) hope it will help.
Paypal has a toll free number so you can call from any where for free. Also check which bank account details you had submitted earlier while withdrawing the funds and you cannot change the bank details. Also if you are from India then, I guess there has been some changes by paypal themselves for withdrawing funds directly to the bank accounts.
