Hello friends of the Digital Point! There are more than 1 month I've been creating relevant backlinks, quality and with good anchor text for my site. I will not say that he is poorly positioned on google for my key words, but I think he should be in one place long ago! I'll tell you why: I did the SEO On-page of my site, and it ranked in first page of my main keyword, which is not very busy (on the first page have sites up with only 10 backlinks, but with good areas). Turns out I made more than 700 quality backlinks for him, and that the site is in first place has 500 backlinks, and I'm in 8th place of the first page. Search Google Brazil for: logomarca My site: logoemarca.com I thought I was on the front page because of the backlinks that I created, but I'm there more than three weeks (positioned 1 or 2 weeks after start doing backlinks) and then nothing has changed! I began to think that I have classified only to the first page with my seo on-site, and that google does not move me by my backlinks! So now I made a test: researched on google a keyword 5 have relevant backlinks, but that does not have the word on-site, and have not met or the 50th page! What do you think of this? Has anyone gone through something? Thanks!
When you create website, first google make some dance over the SERP, and you can be on the first page, then turn back on 3rd and etc. Actually the keyword logomarca is searched about 8000 times monthly (exact searches). Even if you are top (first place), you will not get more than 20-40% from all these hits on monthly base. And this result is basically on all google languages. First page in google do not means much. Actually you can be on first page and get not more than 1000 uv monthly, even on higher searched keyword. Continue to make optimization and backlinks. Sometimes it takes more than year to get good traffic, the right way is to create reliable, quality content and good backlinks.
you have to create back link with anchor text. this is very important for SERp. if you link your website only.that wont effective for SERP
1) Your keyword is 1 word. Which means, it's comparatively difficult to rank for. 2) With your domain name, you receive no exact match bonus at all. 3) Considering your site is fairly new, it may be in a semi-sandbox state. 4) Have patience, just because the page on position 1 has 500 backlinks doesn't mean yours is better. It's more about the age and trust factor that helps it rank. In the mean time, keep building links in different ways. Your ranking will steadily and slowly rise.
i see your site on google brazil front page for the term "logomarca". if you are targeting brazian audience, then login into your google webmaster tool account and assign brazil as the site's targeted geo if you havn't already. since this is a .com domain and you are targeting brazil, this is very important that you take care of that within webmaster tool account. aside from that, just keep building links. it takes some time to get the desired ranking. even though you have lot more links than competitors, it may take some time based on competition for your site to actually start showing on search result.
the keyword is a word, but it is difficult to classify it. My domain is 10 months old, can you be in semi-sandbox?
Thanks for the reply! Do you remember any event that did more backlinks and better than your competitor? How long did it take for google to recognize and overcome it in the SERPs?
One month??? One whole month??? When you reach the one year mark, let us know. Maybe then you will have something to be legitimately disappointed about my friend. (I've been working on mine since April 2004)
But it is normal google does not move anything, even after a month of building backlinks? I thought that recognition would be faster
your keyword may having low competition that help your site to promote on google first page. Forum posting is good method to make back links because through the forum posting you can get the permanent link for your site. Age of the link is also important in web site promotion.
