filesonic,my files don't show up at the file manager when i upload them through FTP

 

Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (78,140,176,166,110,148)
Command: LIST
Response: 150 Accepted data connection

Connects, but does not list the files, it takes an eternity. Unable to upload.
Frankly, it is very difficult to use bugsonic.

 

If they haven't shown up after 15 minutes or so, they probably did not transfer after the upload was completed. This is a persistent bug with FS, not with your FTP client. Unfortunately, you'll need to upload the files again.

 

how it is persistent,cant there be some solution?

 

Hey,the site is ok for me.Ftp,web upload and statistic are fine now.

 

Over the past few days Filesonic's Remote Upload feature has gotten worse for me.

Just tried to remote 7 files and only one got through. The rest had one of the following messages:

Problem: File size mismatch (server is providing wrong file size)

OR

Problem: S2S_COULD_NOT_UPLOAD_FILE - 100%

Tried uploading a file the traditional way to see what would happen and even that failed.
This site is on the verge of collapse. What a complete joke.

 

Same for me... just uploaded a 1GB+ file by ftp...

 

No solution on our end which I am aware of. FS reports the new servers on order will be the answer. Best advice I can give you is to re-upload all failed files until they succeed. My success rate is around 75% at present.

One other thing I do at the moment is to disconnect when I notice multiple failures occurring in a row. I then re-connect hoping to login to a different server. I wish I could give you better news.

I'm from the UK. Just tested it. I started downloading a file as a free user & it seems to be going fine. However, I can't download it using my premium account. I'm logged in but I don't think it recognises me as a premium user.

You need to have some distinctions between free and premium service to encourage users to opt for premium service. Without the revenue generated from sales, FS would not exist.

 

Has anyone else noticed a problem with RU FROM FS? Seemed to have lost the ability to do so a couple days ago.
